Responsibilities

  • In-Office Position: This role requires a physical presence in our office.
  • Self-Starter: We're seeking a candidate who is motivated and can take initiative.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the entire loan process.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Keep a close eye on the office pipeline to ensure smooth operations.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Showcase strong problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

  • PA NMLS License: Must possess a valid PA NMLS License.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Loan Process Management: Experience in managing the entire loan process.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and grow relationships with builders, sales agents, and borrowers.
