As a Nonprofit Salesforce Consultant: Experience Cloud Specialist, your role will involve close collaboration with clients to offer expert implementation support, optimize systems, and provide ongoing administration.
How You'll ContributeSpecialize in supporting Salesforce implementation projects through Experience Cloud configurationEducate, guide, and empower clients in the Idealist WayBalance response times and approvals across multiple assignmentsPlan activities from requirements to solution design using prescribed project management tools and delivery methodologies to ensure continuity in communication and project qualityEscalate client or consultant capacity concerns to Client Success for resolution supportSuccessfully build and nurture long-term client relationshipsDesign and implement Salesforce solutions, to meet client needs, identify opportunities for business process and system alignment and optimizationFacilitate discovery, through user story collection, grooming, and prioritizationFavor declarative functionality and architectural cohesion when solving assigned user storiesEnsure quality design through validation and user acceptance testingEnsure baseline data integrity, hygiene, and securityProvide documentation to support project team cohesion as well as client understanding and ownership of their systemFacilitate the selection and implement third-party solutions and applications as neededStay up to date on Salesforce best practice, echo system trends, and product releasesAdvise and train clients on product enhancements, new functionality, and adoption opportunitiesAlert Client Success of new opportunitiesYour Background Includes
Baseline Expectation:
3+ years Salesforce administration with strong declarative design skills and the ability to deliver customer-driven solutionsDemonstrated expertise in handling complex and customized Experience Cloud implementations for nonprofitsExperience with UI related to Experience Cloud and an advanced knowledge of flowsNonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification or Salesforce Administrator Certification with equivalent Salesforce for nonprofits experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audienceAbility to engage in multiple projects at one timeCreative and analytical thinking with a passion for solving customer problems with software solutionsExperience with nonprofits
