Required
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Advanced Technical Skills (Excel, PPT, PowerBI, One Stream, .net, Oracle )
Support the General Accounting team’s month end close and transaction processing with a focus on long-lived assets, including tangible and intangibles. Additionally, liaison with business partners in projects to drive efficiencies and effectiveness in the accounting and finance organization as well as support the Company’s internal and external reporting as well as annual audits. **
How You Will Contribute**
- Maintain appropriate fixed assets balances by placing assets in service, disposing of assets, keeping an accurate and up to date listing of capital in process projects, and recording appropriate depreciation
- Manage prepaid account balance schedules for all significant legal entities
- Prepare lease checklists and appropriately record new leases in compliance with ASC 842
- Improve processes impacting your work (financial and non-financial) utilizing our Better.Smarter.Faster tools
- Prepare Balance Sheet review for presentation to the Chief Accounting Officer
- Respond timely and thoughtfully to ad-hoc financial requests
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Corporate Policies
