当社が提供するプロダクトのインフラ環境の設計/構築/運用・保守までを一連でご担当いただきます。 当社のスマホ決済プラットフォームは既にユーザー/消費者の生活インフラとなっているサービスであり、非常に高い可用性を求められます。 プロダクトの信頼性をさらに向上するためにセキュリティ強化にも力を入れています。 ビジネスの拡大とともに、DevSecOpsなど高セキュアなシステムがより重要となる中で、数年後を見据えたスケーラビリティ向上のため当ポジションを募集しております。

• AWSを活用したインフラ設計・構築・運用
• FISC安全対策基準に則したインフラ設計やルール遵守体制の構築、ドキュメント整備
• IaCを前提としたインフラ構築・管理の効率化、自動化

  【Job Description】

  You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the infrastructure environment for the product offered by Infcurion. Our Wallet Station (smartphone payment platform) has already become an essential part of users' and consumers' daily lives, demanding extremely high availability. To further enhance the product's reliability, we are also focusing on strengthening security. As the business expands, and with the increasing importance of highly secure systems, including DevSecOps, we are recruiting for this position to contribute to scalability planning for the years ahead.

  【Specifically】

  • Infrastructure design, construction, and operation using AWS
  • Establishing infrastructure design and compliance rules in accordance with FISC safety standards, along with documentation
  • Streamlining and automating infrastructure construction and management based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Resource and cost optimization for the application execution environment
  • Improvement of development productivity and developer experience through the setup of development and evaluation environments, including CI/CD
  • Detection and automation of troubleshooting in case of incidents and operational maintenance
  • Advancement of DevSecOps practices
  • Strengthening cloud security measures using CIS Benchmarks
  • Ensuring security in the development process
  • Implementation and improvement of the cloud security monitoring platform

  • Take initiative in tackling high-difficulty challenges for heavily trafficked large-scale services. Given the technical hurdles, such as the need for a payment infrastructure capable of handling high traffic for an application with 40 million users and a self-owned wallet with revenue in the billions, you can actively participate in proposing technical solutions and driving the cycle from technical proposals to infrastructure design, construction, and operation. This includes initiatives like DevOps and cloud-native transformations led by engineers.
  • Wide-ranging skill development opportunities. In a context where building environments with a focus on security is crucial, knowledge acquisition is also essential. Additionally, incorporating new technologies such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for infrastructure configuration management and CI/CD for automated deployment/testing ensures continuous skill enhancement.   • 3 years or more of experience as an infrastructure engineer, including design, construction, and testing. (This includes the envisioning of construction and operation associated with code-based infrastructure configuration and deployment automation.)

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full-time

Location: Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 4,500,000 ~ 7,000,000 JPY ・based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

• Salary adjustments: Twice a year
• Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)
