Currently, we are looking for a visionary Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead the development of our in-house marketing team from scratch. In this dynamic role, you will play a central role in shaping our brand narrative, driving customer acquisition, and accelerating our company's growth trajectory. This role offers the opportunity to not only think big but also roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty as we navigate the exciting journey of scaling a bootstrapped company.

Your responsibilities would include

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with Language Inspiredâs overarching business objectives.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Establish strategic partnerships with external collaborators and agencies to complement in-house capabilities and drive results.
Oversee all aspects of demand generation, including lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion, leveraging a mix of digital channels, content marketing, and events.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Support & Success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Own the end-to-end customer journey, from initial touchpoint to post-purchase engagement, with a focus on driving retention and lifetime value.
Drive experimentation and iteration to optimize marketing performance, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision-making.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously innovating and evolving our marketing approach to stay ahead of the curve.

The skills and experience you will need to be successful

5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and demand generation.
At least 1 year of experience in team management, with demonstrated leadership ability and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are advantageous.
Proven track record of building and scaling marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in a global context, with a deep understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
Experience working with tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.

Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strategic mindset with a keen ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Data-driven approach to decision-making, with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a good eye for creativity and copy.

Nice to have

Experience in creating marketing initiatives within the language industry.
Familiarity with the translation industry.
Experience in leveraging various marketing tools, including AI-powered platforms, to optimize marketing performance and drive results.
