We're looking for a Tax Manager to support Revolut’s EU Bank and the Revolut Worldwide Group by identifying and managing all tax risk, providing tax advice, and helping the business navigate the complex tax landscape for the expansion of cutting-edge financial products into more European countries.
We're looking for talented people who are passionate about Revolut's features and services. The role is varied and you'll be given a great deal of autonomy and responsibility from day one. What you’ll be doing
Ensuring the effectiveness of the tax function across all EEA locations where Revolut Bank UAB operates
Identifying ongoing and emerging tax risks, mitigating where possible
Managing the overall effective tax rate of Revolut Bank UAB and branches
Providing accurate tax advice to key stakeholders
Implementing appropriate control frameworks and policies
Ensuring compliance with all regulations and filing requirements
Forming a cohesive approach to managing tax issues by building relationships with tax authorities, business heads, Global Tax team, and professional advisory firms
Providing advisory and tax input to group-wide projects
Implementing and managing the Group's transfer pricing policy and methodology for Revolut Bank UAB and branches, including local file documentation
What you'll need
Hands-On experience with Netsuite and Oracle
Experience in a public company environment engaging with financial auditors
Experience with customer reporting, FATCA/CRS

Compensation range
Lithuania: €2,000 - €2,100 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
