YOUR MISSION AS INFLUENCER MARKETING & DATA STRATEGIST
Your mission is to help the most inspiring brands in Europe (Kolsquare’s clients) reach their full influencer marketing potential in executing the most effective IM strategies.
YOUR SCOPE AS INFLUENCER MARKETING & DATA STRATEGIST
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will lead our marketing and communication efforts in the French market.
As Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Brand, Content, and Growth managers to develop and execute effective marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and sales in France (including Events, Press Relations, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Partnership, Email Marketing, Paid Campaigns and Marketing Materials).
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Define and implement marketing and communication strategies for the French market aligned with overall business objectives
- Measure and analyze local marketing KPIs and use the insights to adapt strategy
- Assist the Global Growth team by providing insightful market knowledge and expertise
- Support the Global Brand Manager for events, press relations and social media in the French market
- Create marketing content for the French market, such as newsletters, paid ads, website pages and marketing materials.
- Build local Marketing partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitors's activities, and share reporting within the company
- Collaborate with other Kolsquarians (Sales, Account Manager, Product, etc.)
This job is tailored for you if:
- You have 5 years of work experience in a similar role, with experience of successful influencer marketing strategies.
- You are very comfortable with excel & data in general and you like to dig on it
- You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- You are creative and think out of the box
- You are very organized, proactive, have a synthetic mind
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are a solution maker: you face challenges with enthusiasm, and always think about solutions
- You are a team player
- You love digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing
- You are French speaker and fluent in English (compulsory)
