Finance Assistant / Controller (f/m/d)

For our Finance team at Landor, we are looking for a Finance Assistant / Controller (f/m/d) to join our Hamburg office. Could this be you?

What You’ll Do

You provide support to the Regional Finance Director with the following:

• Development of integrated planning, management and control systems
• You develop processes to ensure compliance with all SOX requirements & Design, manage and review internal controls over financial reporting
• Identify process deficiencies and recommend improvements
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Determining and analyzing monthly key figures to manage our operating units
• Preparation of target/actual comparisons and ad hoc analyses
• Supporting the annual planning process
• Administration support as required by the Client Service Team
• Contact person for the different departments

What You’ll Need

You should have a bachelor’s degree (or comparable) in a related field, and previous relevant experience in a similar role. An absolute must is fluency in German and English for you to be able to communicate with our customers and colleagues.

You’ll succeed if you have good knowledge of common Microsoft programs, especially Excel, and a detail-oriented, independent working style. You should also be a team player and feel comfortable in a diverse, international environment.
