This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

As the Senior Business Intelligence Manager at OP360 you will be a key player in our journey towards operational excellence. You will lead a team of BI professionals in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize our internal operations, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning will be critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

BI Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy to enhance internal operations and support the company's objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align BI initiatives with corporate goals.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI analysts and developers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver impactful insights and solutions.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the team.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to internal operations.
Create insightful reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-makers.

Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and operational research.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Performance Metrics:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and assess internal operations.
Regularly report on performance to senior leadership, highlighting areas for improvement.

Data Governance and Security:
Establish data governance policies and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive company data.

Technology Evaluation:
Evaluate and recommend relevant BI tools and technologies that can enhance internal operations.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of these tools.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide insights for more informed decision-making.
