About the role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut across the globe. These people can do it all: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own the market with a solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed 🚀
We’re looking for a Product Sales Manager (Enterprise) to play a key role in developing Revolut’s commercial footprint across Europe for our Embedded Finance team.

What you’ll be doing
Leading a team of Product Sales Executives, owning all aspects of performance and development
Driving daily activity and managing your team's performance to create a best-in-class sales team
Coaching and supporting your team, creating best practices across the entire sales process
Owning training and development for your team
Taking responsibility for the team's performance against targets, striving for record growth quarter upon quarter
Discovering growth opportunities within your market to help the team deliver on targets
Creating a culture of high performance and living the Revolut values
What you'll need
2+ years managing a technology or financial solutions sales team of 3+ individuals
2+ years of experience in a target-driven role selling technology or financial solutions
2+ years demonstrable knowledge of API-based payments or API-issued card solutions
Experience in an entrepreneurial, start-up, or scale-up environment
A proven track record of selling software, SaaS, and/or web services to large enterprise accounts
An impressive track record of meeting and exceeding quotas on a consistent basis
Impeccable presentation and listening skills, and to be comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (C-level)
Readiness to shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and supporting implementation
The ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events, if/when local policies and guidelines permit
