As a member of Russell Brunson's Inner Circle, author and host of a highly acclaimed commercial real estate podcast, Hunter is dedicated to driving excellence in our industry.
You'll have the opportunity to lead and manage our diverse range of marketing events, including in-person gatherings such as RaiseFest, Mastermind in Paradise, and RaiseMasters Retreat, as well as virtual summits and sponsored events like the Best Ever Conference. **
Responsibilities**
Project Management: Coordinate weekly meetings and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and dependencies are managed effectively. Schedule all company events and maintain shared calendars.
Budget Management: Develop and oversee detailed event budgets, keeping track of contracts and receipts for each event.
Event Promotion: Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to devise and execute promotional plans for events, utilizing various channels including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Registration & Attendee Management: Manage attendee registration processes and nurture plans, addressing any inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Content Management: Work with Hunter to develop event agendas and content strategies, overseeing content development processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
Creative Management: Collaborate with our Graphic Designer to establish event themes and manage creative production processes.
Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage logistics for event-related services and supplies.
On-Site Management: Develop on-site production schedules and oversee event operations, including staffing and vendor coordination. **
Resources/Support**
You'll have access to various resources and support including an Advertising Agency, Registration Funnel Building Agency, External Graphic Designer, Internal VA support, Internal Marketing Operations support, and event marketing advisory from our former-COO Chrissy. **
Qualifications**
Required:
3+ years of experience in event marketing and/or corporate event planning.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Ability to lift 30 pounds.
Willingness to travel to events (6-8 per year). **
Preferred**
Experience in event marketing for the business coaching industry.
Familiarity with online marketing practices and tools. **
Compensation**
Salary will be determined based on experience and seniority, with additional bonuses tied to company-wide success metrics. A comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities will also be provided. **
Details**
Full-time position with remote work flexibility.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
90-day probationary period during onboarding. **
