Job description
Your missions
This is a remote position.
Scope
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 6pm AEST (7am - 4pm Manila Time)
- including 1 hour unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Assist the client with posting job advertisements online and screen applicants.
- Respond to customer/client emails and inquiries
- Book appointments into the client's calendar, keeping it organized
- Upload documents to SharePoint
- Provide support with Social Media content creation and blogs
- Schedule social media posts
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as an executive assistant or equivalent
- Experience with marketing tasks including blogs
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills for social media posts
- Able to communicate with others in the organization
- Background or experience with the healthcare/disability industry is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
