  • Collaborate with various departments to update and optimize web content, fostering a consistent and professional digital presence.
  • Work directly with programs and partner stakeholders to support their ability to curate department pages, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and provide leadership to a team comprising a Content Specialist and a Senior Graphic Designer, ensuring high-quality content and design output that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies and use Google Analytics to analyze web traffic, optimizing content for maximum visibility and engagement.

Attributes for Success

  • Proficient in website/CMS administration, CRM systems, data analysis, project management, UI/UX design, Adobe enterprise software, with a strong understanding of web development principles.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • We’re recruiting for mission-driven, passionate, equity-minded individuals with a strong desire to impact and change people’s lives for the better
