Position Summary: HR Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Account Manager. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring the successful delivery of HR consulting services.
  • Coordinate and project manage various consultants across different specialties to meet client objectives and ensure customer success.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding client needs, and providing strategic HR guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular assessments of client accounts, identify areas for growth and improvement, and develop strategic plans to address client needs.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to clients on HR initiatives, project status, and key performance indicators.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HR to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

  • Prior experience working in a multi-client environment is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR account management, customer engagement, customer success or consulting roles, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Prior Payroll/Benefits processing experience preferred
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate and oversee various consultants to achieve client objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and other relevant software applications (Examples: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Paylocity, Paycor, UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP WFN, Paycom and/or Paychex)
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
