What will the role involve?

• Driving engineering delivery in a key business area that is critical to Primer's success

• Working very closely with our product and engineering teams

• Working with leading payment processors and payment method providers around the world with the likes of PayPal, Stripe, ApplePay and more

• Establish clear integrations roadmap and transform it into an end to end delivery to ensure timely and high quality output in line with agreed priorities

• Ensuring effective resource allocation both internally and through use of software houses

• Liaising with key stakeholders across the business

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a Technical Program Manager with demonstrable knowledge of running programs

• Strong technical background, ideally with software engineering experience

• Knowledge of API's & SDK's

• Understanding of how and why our products are built

• A highly motivated and ambitious individual who is keen to take ownership

• Natural curiosity, with a proactive approach to improving what we do

• Confidence liaising directly with key internal and external stakeholders

• It would be nice to see any experience in startups or the payments space, but this is not essential

Our engineering teams work fully remotely across Europe and operate within local timezones - if you are not based in Europe but would still like to apply please let us know in your application
