How you’ll make an Impact
As the Senior Consultant you will serve as a mobile applications developer for enterprise application development projects. You’ll be responsible for translating a high-fidelity prototype created by our UI/UX team into a mobile application. This person will work within a Scrum team alongside UI/UX professionals, QA Automation engineers, analysts, fellow developers, and project managers.
Summary of Location and Hours
- This is a remote role, however, eligible candidates will reside in the CST or EST Time Zones
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST or EST
What you will be doing
- Develop mobile applications utilizing standard coding practice
- Follow industry standard software development architecture code, should be easy to maintain and understand
- Develop unit tests that can be utilized effectively in a Continuous Integration pipelines
- Collaborate with teammates in the project lifecycle
- Participate in sprint planning by sizing stories and breaking down stories into tasks for the current sprint
- Communicate well with team members and clients
- Continuously learn and grow as a mobile developer
- Value and adhere to Ntiva’s core values
You’ll be successful in this role if you have experience in/with
- 3+ years of Flutter/Dart & mobile development
- 4+ professional experience developing apps
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, APIs, GetX, Azure experience a plus, Scrum/Agile experience
- Working in cross-functional teams and are comfortable with team collaboration
- Strong client facing background and are comfortable with client interaction
Required language skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
- Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public

- BS in Computer Science, training program/certification as a mobile developer

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $ and $130,000.00 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
