Responsibilities
• Orchestrate Excellence: Command the bridge of our QA strategy, navigating through the nebula of product goals and engineering ambitions. You're not just leading a team; you're inspiring a legion of QA engineers to achieve greatness.
• Forge the Future: With the alchemist's touch, transform raw processes into gold, crafting QA standards that are the envy of the tech world. Your playbook will redefine efficiency and effectiveness.
• Master of Tools & Tech: From the depths of TypeScript to the heights of Playwright, wield the arsenal of QA tools with unmatched skill. Equip your crew with the finest tech, ensuring they're ready for every challenge.

Experience
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading QA teams with a track record of delivering high-quality software. Must have held a leadership role in QA for at least 5 years, guiding teams through complex testing scenarios with grace and authority.
• Technical Mastery: Deep technical proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, with a significant emphasis on TypeScript and Playwright. A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in crafting and executing sophisticated test cases in these environments is essential.
• Strategic QA Planning: Extensive background in developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies that seamlessly integrate with overall product development goals. Experience in establishing QA processes and standards that elevate product quality and efficiency.
• Agile Advocate: Solid understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies within QA processes. Must have actively participated in Agile ceremonies and contributed to the seamless integration of QA in the development lifecycle.
• Communicative Collaborator: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, CRM, and data teams. Should have a history of building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality improvement.
