Job Description:

Statement of Work:

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) - Application Development Division (ADD) has a requirement for Flexible Agile Scalable Team (FAST) to support multiple Agile teams to support Agile design, development, and sustainment of human capital systems for all TSA employees. This project covers the implementation and support for TSA’s human capital systems.

 

Task Description:

As an HR Product Manager, you will be a functional HR subject matter expert who will offer advice and expertise to help improve business performance and implement key human capital requirements across multiple systems. You will be required to demonstrate subject matter expertise in Federal HR during customer discussions to support overall design and roadmap of HR capabilities. You will also be responsible for providing guidance to HR business analysts. Activities include requirements analysis, functional design, user story creation and validation, testing, and troubleshooting. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with customer stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

Required skills/Level of Experience:

  • Experience working with human capital technology products for federal customers: 6+ years.
  • Experience supporting federal HC process improvement initiatives in various parts of the life cycle for several different federal agencies: 6+ years.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications: 6+ years.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to research issues and provide solutions: 6+ years.
  • Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine appropriate process improvements: 6+ years.
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience
  • Exellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Develop business cases and multi-year strategic improvement road maps, 5+ years.
  • Agile certification, preferable SAFe.
  • Experience with enterprise design thinking, 2+ years.
  • Experience assisting with various areas of complex projects.
