Salesforce, Inc. seeks Senior Manager, Software Engineering in Dallas, TX:

Job Duties: Assist in the growth of each employee through coaching and career development activities. Evaluate performance of direct reports according to corporate policies and procedures.  Drive design and implementation of innovative, impactful, and high-quality solutions. Collaborate with other teams to deliver impactful solutions to the organization.  Work with internal and external stakeholders to help define requirements and build to those requirements.  Maintain robust, trusted systems to support Salesforce.org's business.  Continuously improve on policies, procedures and technology. Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of HR technology/systems analysis or three (3) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of HR technology/systems analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) HR Systems; (2) Kenexa Brassring Recruitment; (3) Technology Modernization to cloud; (4) Workday integration; (5) Spring Boot; (6) ReactJS; (7) COBOL; (8) JCL; (9) AIX; and (10) Linux. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $187,907 to $265,200.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $187,907 to $265,200.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $187,907 to $265,200.
For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $187,907 to $265,200.
