Impact
As the Director of Partner Sales, working remotely, you will make an impact by coaching and leading the partner sales team while owning the sales process of a targeted portfolio of the nation’s top retailers. Shipt’s retail team is focused on new and growing partnerships across product and services. In this role, you’ll help lead an entrepreneurial, high energy, autonomous team on efforts from prospecting to closing new business and growing existing partnerships.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Ability to identify emerging business opportunities that align with Shipt’s goals and strategy
Expert in grocery and retail marketplace and last mile delivery space
Develop relationships with the nations top retailers and moving the sales process through the deal stage into a successful live partnership
7+ years experience selling into Enterprise/National accounts and leading national sales teams
Motivating leader with a track record of growing, empowering and coaching teams with proven results
Represent Shipt as a leader in the retail industry at industry events, conferences, trade shows and industry associations.
Full funnel pipeline management & leadership management for retail team
Ability to strategically prioritize partnership opportunities in alignment with overarching business objectives.
Work Arrangement:
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
