We are seeking a meticulous and experienced IT Compliance Analyst. This role will work closely with our IT, Finance, Cybersecurity and Privacy departments to ensure that our IT controls comply with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and other applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between corporate functions (i.e., IT, internal audit, cybersecurity and privacy) and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment on IT compliance initiatives and audit findings.
- Develop, maintain, and review IT controls for software development to ensure compliance with SOX.
- Assist in the design and execution of SOX testing, internal controls, and procedures.
- Provide assistance to internal or external auditors as needed.
- Conduct and document periodic assessments, internal reviews and other quality assurance activities.
- Monitor IT compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.
- Report potential violations of IT compliance standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an IT SOX Compliance Analyst, IT Compliance Analyst, or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance requirements as they relate to IT
- Understanding of IT processes such as system development life cycle, change management, incident management, and access management
- Experience working with companies that have a heavy microservice architecture
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with teams cross-functionally
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the process and deliver on
- Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Bonus
- Professional certification in compliance such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is a plus
- Experience in a technology company is a plus

The base salary and variable compensation for this role is between $90,000 and $110,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
