Your missionsJob Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Job description:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our team, supporting executives with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating our CRM, reaching out to clients or leads based on notifications, managing the inbox, and rearranging calendar events as necessary.
We are looking for someone who is not only capable but also curious about automation, social media, or writing, as there will be opportunities for learning and growth in these areas. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Slack availability during the US EST time zone
- Client-facing role in email and Slack (no video unless pre-communicated)
- Data-related projects requiring attention to detail
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally at 2+ companies
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools
- Proficiency with ClickUp
- Previous client exposure, especially in email communication
Strong Preferences:
- Experience with Airtable
- Familiarity with CRM systems
