Job Position: Senior Executive Assistant - Latam
Location:
Remote (CST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM CST

About Us: 

We are a dynamic company committed to revolutionizing LSAT preparation. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our founder, focusing on both personal and professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the founder's complex schedule, including calendar management, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain the founder's notes, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.
  • Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks for the founder, demonstrating a high level of discretion and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, Gmail, Google Docs, Loom, Typeform, Zapier/Make, and Coda (Or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in a startup or tech company.
  • Knowledge of the LSAT or willingness to learn about the test and its preparation method.
