Salesforce Inc. has multiple job openings for Software Engineering, LMTS / Lead Software Engineers in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Make sound decisions on the basis of performance, scalability, and future expansion. Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes. Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics. Partner with teams across Salesforce in aligning and building out unified long-term plan and resources to support it. *HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related field of study, and four (4) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related field of study, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, C#, or Python); (2) Data structures; (3) Algorithms; (4) Design patterns; (5) MongoDB; (6) SQL; (7) Mockito; (8) Junit; and (9) Selenium. 

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $215,197 to $265,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
