In an international context and a distributed environment (Nice, Frankfurt and Sofia), we are looking for а skillful Senior Manager Operations and QA Engineering to integrate an organization in charge of Operations and Release Quality. This leader will be part of the leadership team of the Platform and Operations division taking care of Platform, Operations, Quality and Security. This division is using Safe framework with a Platform Train strongly collaborating with the line organization. The new Senior leader will be part of the line organization and as such will work in sync. with the Platform Train.
In this role, you will lead several teams working on:
- Operations Support for Test and Production
- Release Quality
- Release deployment
- DevOps
- Monitoring
In the scope of a mission of people management, you will:
- define objectives for your teams,
- assess performance of team members,
- engage and motivate your teams’ members actively,
- take care of talent management and development,
- coach people,
- support people growth
The Senior leader will be responsible for:
- building relations between teams. The execution is delegated to a Safe organization and this new leader will work hand in hand with the Safe 3 Amigos.
- sustaining and relaying the strategy defined and accompanying his/her teams in the execution.
- Being a strong advocate of Amadeus culture: he/she will contribute to create and build an Amadeus culture in SOF teams and create strong linked between entities.
The Senior leader will be also in charge of:
- change management in the scope of Cloud migration.
- taking care of jobs evolution impacted by the migration to the Azure Cloud.
