Position Summary:
Aetna International is looking for a motivated, detail oriented individual to join the Team.

The International Associate Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Manager with retaining and growing a specific book of business. The Associate Account Manager will handle incoming requests from producers and plan sponsors, and Account Manager.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented and able to manage high volume of work. They will be able to communicate and present information to audiences at all levels, both internally and externally.

Fundamental components:

  • Meet with customers frequently via phone and video conferencing.

  • Lead calls and web-based meetings.

  • Engage with other Aetna departments in issue resolution, identify gaps in service, and develop an actionable solution.

  • Responds to customers' requests for network analysis, benefit plan design changes, benefit questions, billing issues, member eligibility and claims.

  • Build internal relationships with teams that support our business.


Required Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years health insurance industry and or customer facing experience.

  • Active Health & Life Insurance license or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

  • The candidate will potentially need to support client needs in multiple times zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supports a positive team environment

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Client service support experience.


Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 2 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 - $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
