This is a remote position.
Job Description for Sales Agent
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM system GoHighLevel and respond to hot and cold leads
- Reach out to potential leads, for example people who interact with us on Facebook and Instagram
- Answer incoming calls on our new patient line
- Book appointments for services like cryo skin, medical weight loss, and aesthetics
- Collect credit card info and deposits when booking appointments
- Learn and use other company platforms where appointments are entered
Requirements
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to educate prospective patients on services
- Experience working with CRM platforms
- Comfortable processing payments
Scope
- 40 hours a week
- Monday and Sunday off
- Tuesday to Thursday 9:30am to 6:30pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
- Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Eastern with an hour unpaid break
- Saturday 10am to 6pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
