Job Description:
The Sr. Manager Marketing Europe plays an essential leadership role within our European DEXIS Diagnostic business. This position requires more than just the ability to execute on digital and traditional marketing programs. The focus is on bringing the Imaging and DTX portfolio together with the IOS portfolio, create a strong positioning for the DEXIS brand and portfolio in Europe and building one marketing team.
This role will be responsible for launching new solutions comprising hardware, software and service and create brand awareness, build up channel marketing and end user demand generation programs. The job holder collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop the EU marketing strategy and programs and then steers the execution and evaluation against business goals with a digital first mindset.
You will help drive the growth of the DEXIS Diagnostic business and lead a team of marketing professionals. You will report into the European Commercial leader DEXIS Diagnostics and closely collaborate with the central marketing team.
The job holder is responsible for leading the European Marketing team and owns the downstream marketing strategy, marketing plan and the deployment across the regions ensuring business goals are met and growth targets achieved. He / she is pivotal in the GTM and will focus on digital demand generation and brand activation driving the digitization of the customer journey providing marketing qualified leads and enabling sales channels teams to efficiently sell with on- and offline tools and promotions.

Job Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in Marketing or relevant fields; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of Dental or Medical Device Commercial and/or Marketing experience (CAD CAM experience preferred).
• Proven work experience as Marketing Manager, or similar role supporting marketing /sales and driving demand and leading a team of marketing professionals.
• Demonstrated track record in driving product revenue through marketing execution and industry thought leadership.
• Business oriented strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently implement to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution, preferably in both a direct and distribution-based environment.
• Thorough understanding of online, traditional media, and channel marketing principles and practices
• Past work with digital marketing tools such as content marketing and social media marketing
• Results oriented: ability to track results, derive actionable insights from data, and quantify meaningful impact.
• Excellent team player who is dependable, committed, innovative, and detail oriented.
• Proven budget and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings and workshops
