We're looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help us hire A-players, work closely with our internal stakeholders and deliver a first-class customer experience. You'll innovate, drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process here at Revolut.
This role is working closely with the Australian Leadership team to scale up Revolut in Australia to build Australia’s next digital Bank. You will be proactively searching, selecting and closing vacancies across a variety of specialist roles in the fintech space . We are mostly working with volume roles but not only. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across junior, senior and lead level roles within the Australian marketplace.

What you’ll be doing
Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing team
Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates; selling Revolut as an employer of choice
Driving the offer process and closing candidates
Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
Working with a A-class team where your contribution to Revolut’s Australia ambitions will be recognised and rewarded
What you'll need
5+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
Experience in recruitment from one of the following industries banking / big 4 / technology / fintech / high growth startup (internal or agency side)
Experience with ATS
Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
High attention to details
Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Resilience & adaptability to work across multiple roles concurrently
Fluency in English
Nice to have
Experience in fast paced, high growth Internal recruitment function; or
Experience from recruitment agency
Ability to work with data and metrics to demonstrate your contribution to the business and optimisation of your pipeline
