About your mission:
The Product Owner is part of Enterprise line of business. As a product owner, you will be responsible for owning a product and/or substantial components of a product and driving the definition and execution of the product from prototype to market launch. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and business objectives. In this position, you will serve as a product expert for the rest of the organization and monitor the progress of new products and features.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
Your informed approach to continuous discovery helps not only ensure product decisions are made with user input but will also identify and validate market problems that align with our portfolio and offer significant growth opportunities.
The right person for this position will have a unique blend of both business and technical savvy, being able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders.
About your responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Orchestrate the direction and priorities of products and product enhancements.
- Be a market expert with respect to customers’ pains and needs, competitive landscape, and the surrounding market eco-system.
- Define the right product usage & analytics tracking metrics and interpret & make product decisions rooted in sound metrics.
Backlog Management:
- Create and prioritize the product backlog based on input from stakeholders, market trends, and business priorities.
- Clearly define and articulate user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables for development teams.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments.
- Regularly communicate product updates, project timelines, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
User Experience and Design Collaboration:
- Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
- Provide input and feedback on design concepts to align with product goals.
Requirements
Must have's:
- Undergraduate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success and knowledge
- Agile development mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization
- Ability to lead through influence
- Ability to create a short, near-term, and long-term product plan
- Critical, analytical, logical thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate self-starter with a can-do attitude
Nice to have:
- Working with eDiscovery or Security
- Experience in the digital forensics industry
