We are growing fast in TTI, and we are therefore looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator with experience in Customer Service for the Norwegian market to our Nordic headquarter in Copenhagen as soon as possible. You will become part of a strong customer service team of 13 dedicated individuals, one of whom is Norwegian, whose primary task is to provide professional consultancy to our customers and sales support to our account managers.

We'll train you to become a specialist who masters all the "hacks" and tools, so you can offer quick and sophisticated solutions to our customers. High quality customer Service
You handle incoming inquiries by phone and mail in Norwegian and English. In addition, you support our customers processing their orders in our order system and Salesforce. Your focus is to find the best solution together with our customers and ensure they meet dedicated professionalism when contacting us.
Collaboration across the organisation
In your daily work, you'll be in contact with our account managers, assisting them in driving sales. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our talented and ambitious sales team during product campaigns and conferences.
The job is a full-time job and working hours are Monday-Thursday from 07:30 – 15:30 and Friday from 07:30 – 15:00. The phones are open between 07:30 – 15:00.
Who are you?
We are looking for a Norwegian speaking colleague or a colleague with experience in customer service for Norwegian customers, who can create extraordinary customer experiences for our customers, while also being motivated by providing advisory consultancy for our Account Managers. You should love talking on the phone with customers, take ownership, and feel comfortable making decisions on your own - and you should thrive in a team where we collectively contribute to achieving results and goals.
It is important that you are proactive, enterprising and flexible. You love to learn new stuff and are passionate about getting to know and understand our products. Someone who never says no and always steps up when an extra hand is needed.
