3+ years’ experience in solution architect or technical account manager role, Experience in data and analytics vendor space, Excellent communication skills; problem-solving; manage multiple customers, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred), Experience with vector databases, LLMs, Generative AI workflows, kdb+, parquet, Python, cloud architectures (preferred).Key responsabilities:
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers
- Perform customer health checks and provide product training
- Give technical guidance, capture feedback, identify upsell opportunities
- Work with internal teams to mitigate churn risk and prepare value propositions
- Define solution architecture, provide demos, maintain customer records
