About the Job
CertiK is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will oversee the general accounting functions of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
The Accounting Manager is also responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures. The Accounting Manager works closely with other departments within the organization to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with all relevant regulations.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closingResponsible for the maintenance of the general ledgerOversee all day-to-day accounting processesEnsure accurate accounting and timely reporting of financial data to managementPrepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliationsOversee Accounts Payable and Revenue RecognitionManage internal and external financial audits as well as tax auditsMaintain internal control over revenues, assets, and liabilitiesMaintain corporate relations with vendors, banking institutions, auditors, and other affiliatesPrepare ad hoc reports as requestedOther duties as assignedRequirementsB.S. in Accounting 5+ years of accounting experience, public and private experience preferredProficient with excel, word, and powerpointExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organization, time management and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skillsTeam player, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivated to learn and take on new challengeAbility to work in fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesExperience with NetSuite is a plusAbility to work in a remote environment with a diverse teamThe estimated salary range for this position is $102,000 - $120,000.
