Position: Graphic Designer/ Video Editor

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time

Holiday/s: US and/or PH holidays

Salary Range: USD 900 - 1,500/month

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Existing Page Revisions: Revise and refresh select existing web pages & landing pages using Figma and WordPress to ensure that all live pages are well designed and optimized for conversions.
  • Landing Pages: Design attractive and effective landing pages focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO), including developing multiple versions for A/B testing and creating quick-turn templates for new pages.
  • Social Media Assets/Templates: Create and standardize graphics and templates for both organic social media and paid advertisements, enabling the marketing team to leverage content creatively and engagingly.
  • Marketing Quizzes/Assessment Design: Develop graphics, landing pages, and results pages for interactive assessments.
  • Conference/Live Event Asset Design: Produce banners, social media posts, and other materials necessary for enhancing brand visibility and message delivery at conferences and live events.
  • Product Assets: Develop and maintain a suite of visually compelling design assets that accurately represent the company's features and benefits. This includes close contact with product designers to ensure marketing materials are aligned with product features & aesthetic.
  • Sales Enablement Materials: Create materials designed to assist the sales team in communicating the value to prospects. This includes designing customizable presentation deck templates, one-pagers that highlight key features and benefits, and case studies that demonstrate the impact of the company to existing customers.
  • Video Editing: Create/Edit video using editing tool Descript for social sharing,ensuring consistent brand design throughout all assets created. The role will also require the creation of evergreen promotional videos & associated features.
  • Team Collaboration: This individual will be responsible for working across multiple teams, such as marketing, sales, and product. Additionally, this individual may also be tasked with working on materials related to company’s customers, needing to adapt to their brand aesthetic on occasion.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, including video editing, preferably in a B2B software environment, with a strong background in digital marketing and branding.
  • User Experience Focus: A strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles to ensure designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.
  • Proficiency with Design Tools: Expertise with critical tools needed in this role, such as Figma, Canva (req)
  • Visual Communication: Advanced skills in visual communication to effectively convey messages through engaging, clear, and brand-aligned designs.
  • Portfolio Requirement: A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, particularly in a marketing context. Video editing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: A strong commitment to detail, ensuring polished and
    professional visual content.
  • Creative: The ability to take simple concepts and showcase them in visually
    stimulating ways.
