The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Marketing Intelligence and Analyst to join our dynamic team at Foodics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive marketing research, gathering, and analyzing data across all our markets, and delivering actionable insights that will inform strategic decisions across the company. This role is crucial for enhancing our marketing efforts and ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and aligned with our business objectives.

What Will You Do❓

  • Market Research and Data Analysis:
    - Conduct both secondary and primary research to gather relevant data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
    - Develop and implement data collection and analysis systems for gathering marketing data from various sources, including web scraping.
    - Analyze marketing data using statistical tools and software, interpreting results to provide clear, actionable insights for marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    - Prepare and present regular reports on marketing metrics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses.
    - Create detailed brand performance reports that track our brand’s health across different markets and segments.
    - Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through visual presentations and detailed reports, providing recommendations based on data insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    - Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand their data needs and provide support in data-driven decision making.
    - Partner with IT and data science teams to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities. - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support data and research objectives.
  • Project Management:
    - Lead and manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    - Oversee the deployment of marketing surveys and other primary research methods. 

What Are We Looking For❓

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python).
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Excellent skills in data visualization and making complex information accessible and understandable.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
