Your missions

Financial Analyst

Key Role:

Support implementation of a Service Headquarters Risk Management and Internal Control Program (RMIC). Research and understand federal legislation and DoD regulations related to the effective management of government resources. Work with DoD and Service components to collect data inputs, draft RMIC reports for Higher Headquarters, and assist the government in identifying risks related to resource waste, loss, unauthorized use, or misappropriation. Develop client-ready deliverables such as reports and briefings for a variety of audiences across the DoD, including deliverables for the highest leadership levels. Organize meetings and conference calls, generate meeting minutes, and track implementation of agreed–to items.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a Service Headquarters
  • Experience in analyzing data to develop summary reports
  • Experience supporting or briefing senior staff
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Marine Corps financial management processes and administration
  • Experience implementing the Risk Management and Internal Control Program
  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Auditing, or Accounting

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
