Business Development Executive - Los Angeles (Remote)
Crozier is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive for Crozier Los Angeles, one of the fastest growing art markets in the world. Help us prepare for the next phase of our future — and yours!
This pivotal role is dedicated to cultivating net new sales and revenue streams from prospective clients. By leveraging strategic prospecting and networking prowess and implementing targeted marketing initiatives, you'll expand Crozier's market presence, drive revenue growth, and achieve successful sales quotas. Your mission: Sell solutions, amplify our global footprint, and elevate Crozier to new heights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow revenue by identifying, selling, and closing new areas of opportunity for services/storage
- Ensure successful outcomes in solution proposal, pricing, profitability, and liability
- Demonstrate the value of our total solution offerings in assessing client challenges/opportunities
- Develop and maintain consistent pipeline to meet/exceed quota, including managing timely detailed RFP responses; tracking activity in SFDC; forecasting; conducting competitive research
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 3-5 years in a Sales-oriented role, preferably within the fine arts industry
- Strong background and knowledge of strategic sales process and solutions selling
- Ability to influence and negotiate with proven sales skills and needs identification
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills for effective decision making
- Team effectively at all levels of Crozier and client personnel
- Deep knowledge of business trends, current macro/micro economics, and potential new business
- Business expertise and thorough understanding of strategic selling methodologies
- Problem solver who is self-motivated and self-directed
- Track record demonstrating the ability to meet/exceed quota targets
- Understand specific business challenges and deliver value propositions aligned with client needs
