Let’s talk about the role
The Senior Data Product Manager, reporting to the Head of Product, must be analytical, detail oriented, self-motivated, and can clearly communicate with a diverse group of people with varying skillsets and knowledge levels. This position will work cross-functionally with various internal product and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential in this role, as will a keen attention to detail. The ability to review and interpret customer needs and workflow are essential. The best products are built when the product manager is intimately familiar with the customer’s problems and workflow.
- Interface with key stakeholders and customers to articulate ROI for MatrixCare data products and services
- Work closely with the business development team on new partnerships that require access to data
- Identify partnering opportunities for complementary third-party products to broaden company's product line(s)
- Develop metrics and work with other Sr. Product Managers to determine when to buy, build or partner for product enhancements
- Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap for the data products and consider where data might be an alternate solution to APIs
- Communicate roadmap with senior leadership internally and with customers externally
- Own all aspects of product life cycle for data/partnership domain, from ideation through the launch into production
- Develop and document requirements that clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts
- Coordinate new development (software) build work/tasks specific to product line
- Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors
- Oversee market research with UX/UI team members and meet with customers to document workflow diagrams to ensure optimal user experience
- Responsible for educating internal teams and customers on product features and releases, partnering with education services team
- Articulate core value proposition and competitive advantage to the market by working with marketing to build compelling sales and marketing presentations that properly position the products
- Establish and own the product pricing across the data modules of the product portfolio
- Able to present internally to customers, and externally in the industry when necessary
- Clearly communicate project statuses and updates to various cross functional team members
- Partner with internal customers to meet project timelines
Let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other clinical area, business, statistics or a related field required; MBA a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a clinical role within the home health and hospice industry with 3-4 years of that in a leadership position
- Superior program and project management skills
- Must have demonstrated experience providing consultative solutions to an organization
- Ability to travel 20%

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$136.000 - $204,000
