Job Description:

Step into the world of Sales as our Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a vital role in Phreesia’s growth! You’ll collaborate closely with our Client Experience team to expand our reach in the Life Sciences industry and build our sales pipeline. From uncovering exciting new opportunities to nurturing existing client relationships, your journey will be filled with diverse challenges and rewarding moments.

Candidates are required to be within a 2 hour drive to NYC to be considered for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. 

  • Conduct outbound sales activities via email, calling prospects and utilizing LinkedIn. 

  • Experiment with innovative outreach strategies to maximize sales potential.  

  • Conduct thorough research and market analyses to generate leads and build a strong pipeline 

  • Understand enterprise and established organizations and reach out to the right contacts, develop people maps to support CE account growth efforts. 

  • Book product demonstrations and set appointments for Client Experience and conduct overview presentations. 

  • Nurture and maintain professional relationships with potential clients. 

  • Meet daily and monthly activity metrics including qualified opportunities objective. 

  • Report to Business Development Manager (BDM) and CE leadership team with weekly and monthly results. 

  • Collect discovery and communicate the value of Phreesia Life Sciences products to prospects and existing clients. 

  • Complete quality account research and prospecting via ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and other resources 

  • Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences. 

  • Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. 

 

What You'll Bring 

  • Bachelor's Degree required with at least 2 years of professional work experience.

  • Must be located within Eastern or Central time zones. Candidates are required to be within a 2 hour drive to New York City.

  • Experience with sales or marketing is a plus 

  • Experience working within a CRM. 

  • Pharmaceutical, or medical device industry experience, preferred but not required. 

  • Strong presentation skills and demonstrated capability in building and sustaining client relationships. 

  • Ability to strategically plan and problem-solve with a target-driven approach. 

  • Eager, motivated, can-do attitude.

 
Base pay for US is $70,000 - $80,000 USD depending on qualifications
