Responsibilities
- Review billing inquiries from customers and respond via email.
- Work in Salesforce case queue to track and close billing issues.
- Work in Stripe Billing and Salesforce to review and modify subscription details.
- Perform ad hoc audits and analytics on subscriptions.
- Assist in updating billing details to manage unpaid invoices.
- Work in Salesforce, Stripe Billing and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with finance, rev ops, sales and customers.
Requirements
- Experience data organization and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with online software.
- Ideally finance or sales related.
- English Level B2.
