Lantronix is seeking a Channel Sales Manager III.  The Channel Sales Manager will center on relationship management to achieve measurable results in increased revenue, market share, and depth with strategic national partners.  The role includes duties such as developing marketing plans, monitoring competitors, coordinating with vendors, building relationships, managing day-to-day operations, identifying opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meets or exceeds all assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. 
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. 
  • Create strategies and lead team efforts to maximize sell-through of Lantronix products within assigned partner accounts.   
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.   
  • Stay abreast of competitors’ offerings to assess their impact on business performance. 
  • Review competitor pricing tactics to ensure competitive pricing within the market. 
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows. 
  • Conduct contract negotiations & define and execute partner sales plans. 
  • Identifying new opportunities within channels to increase sales through existing or new customers.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent, MBA a plus 
  • Referenceable track record of developing and executing on a strategic national partner specific business plans and marketing campaigns 
  • Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders 
  • Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, changing environment 
  • Experience with a CRM tool (ie SalesForce.Com) 
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills 
  • Understanding of channel operating models
