- Plan, implement and manage educational workshops Identify training needs, strengths, and weaknesses
- Organize and monitor all training and nesting activities Set objectives and KPIs
- Monitor attendance, progress, work output, and effectiveness of trainees
- Develop modules for various campaigns Evaluate training methods and strategies
- Stay updated on latest training trends and best practices
