Overview:

In this role the individual will actively participate in System level requirement, Architecture, Detailed Design and low level requirements.

Position : Senior Lead Engineer(P3)

Primary skill:

  • Requirements Management including System level requirements definition from Customer requirements.
  • Interpret Customer requirements and translation into System level requirement, Architecture, Detailed Design and low level requirements.
  • Hands on with System Requirements review process and Review of next level flow down requirements for Top-down trace.
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams such as project engineering, software engineering, electrical design, safety and reliability
  • Familiarity with System Engineering Tools (DOORs, Polarion, etc)
  • Hands on experience supporting aircraft systems design and certification activities
  • Hands on experience with communication protocols like CAN, ARINC 429, RS422, Time Triggered Protocol.
  • Familiar working in lab environment using oscilloscopes, in circuit emulators
  • System level Verification and Integration test.
  • Estimate effort and specify schedules for System Verification activities.
  • Experience with ARP 4754 & 4761 and familiarity with RTCA DO-178, 254 & 160 Certification standards.
  • Ability to perform / lead design reviews, non-advocate reviews and project reviews

Basic Qualification:

Strong problem solving and analytical capability.

Outstanding Communication, negotiation and people skills

Secondary Skills:

* Experience in Motor and Motor drive development

* Experience in primary/secondary flight control system.

* Technology development and Product Innovation focus
