Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expert understanding of Microsoft Security Business, its field sales structure, seller agenda, and Microsoft Security Platform; experience co-selling with Microsoft or as a Microsoft seller.
  • 5+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience (emphasis on managed services) and experience enabling channel partners to articulate and position value to increase pipeline.
  • Experience with MDR platforms, SIEM, third-party risk, and threat intelligence; familiarity with Microsoft Resellers and Azure Security (Sentinel, M365) a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; ability to collaborate across product, marketing and sales; hunter mentality and ownership.

Requirements:

  • Build and nurture co-sell relationships with Microsoft Security Business Unit and field sales to grow joint revenue and acquire new customers; simplify messaging and facilitate collaboration.
  • Develop and close joint pipeline with the Security Specialist team and Enterprise Digital Sellers; leverage BlueVoyant relationships to build and execute go-to-market opportunities.
  • Define measurable partnership goals, build business plans, and conduct QBRs with Microsoft stakeholders to drive pipeline and sales success.
  • Lead demand generation and joint marketing with BlueVoyant marketing; coordinate collateral, events, emails, webinars; provide regular partnership/status updates to executives and stakeholders.

Regional Sales Manager EMEA – New Business Sales   
Location: Remote (Germany)

BlueVoyant is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join the team to grow our high velocity business relationships. This position will report to the UK & EMEA Sales Leader to grow our co-sell relationship with the Microsoft Security Solutions business and strategic resellers to drive pipeline growth. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Build relationships in the Microsoft Security Business Unit and with the field sales teams to grow joint revenue and acquire new customers. 
  • Simplify our security co-sell messaging to Microsoft Sales leadership and facilitate relationship building between field sales teams.  
  • Work with the Security Specialist team and Enterprise Digital Sellers to develop and close joint pipeline.
  • Leverage existing individual & BlueVoyant relationships to build & execute new go to market opportunities. 
  • Build measurable business plans to define partnership goals and conduct QBR’s with Microsoft stakeholders to execute pipeline and sales success. 
  • Work closely with BlueVoyant sales leadership and field to develop joint selling & demand generation activities. 
  • Work closely with BlueVoyant marketing to leverage resources (collateral, presentations, events, emails, webinars) to support joint initiatives with assigned partners. 
  • Prepare and present regular partnership status updates & sales results for executive leaders & program stakeholders. 

Qualifications: 
  • Expert understanding of Microsoft’s Security Business, their field sales org structure, their seller agenda and the Microsoft Security Platform 
  • Recent and relevant experience as a Microsoft seller, or role with a Security partner role co-selling with Microsoft.  
  • +5 years of Experience in Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales (managed services not just SaaS)
  • Experience supporting the enablement & growth of a channel partner sales team to help them effectively articulate and position the value of our solutions to increase pipeline & sales. 
  • Experience with MDR platforms, SIEM, 3rd Party Risk & Threat Intelligence solutions a plus. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Resellers, Azure Security especially Sentinel M365 suite of security solutions a plus. 
  • Deep background in security technologies & managed security solutions.
  • Ability to work in close collaboration with the BlueVoyant product, marketing and sales team. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field experience. 
  • Strong Presentation & Communication skills to support partnership and internal business needs.
