PROJECT MANAGER II

This is a remote position.

Client's Regional Digital Solutions team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support and deliver IT system initiatives that enhance patient care, system reliability, and operational efficiency across multiple healthcare organizations. The Project Manager will play a key role in managing full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex healthcare IT projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, or related field
  
• Minimum 5+ years of recent experience in project management
  
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across diverse groups
  
• Experience in Project planning & execution, Budget and financial tracking, Risk and issue management, Resource planning
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment
  

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  
• Experience in Healthcare / Health IT environments
  
• Knowledge of CST (Clinical & Systems Transformation) operations
  
• Experience working with large-scale digital transformation projects
